We booked a trip to Las Vegas this weekend and I am so beyond excited. We leave in exactly 28 days. We have been there once before back when we first were married. We had a good time but I was feeling well and I think at that point in our lives we didn't appreciate things as much as we do now.
I would love to know if anyone has suggestions of what we should do while we are there. We have a rough plan laid out but we're willing to shift things around if we find out about something that is a must see. We're staying at Planet Hollywood and we have a strip view- woo hoo. It's right across from the Bellagio so hopefully we will be able to see the fountains from our room.
Here are some pictures from our last trip. They are kind of crappy because I didn't have an SLR camera back then. I promise to take much better pictures this time.
We were there a year ago and stayed at the Bellagio. It wasn't the best trip because we went over to Caesar's Palace and I was drinking these humungous mojitos and got super drunk and sick in the middle of the day and had to go back to the room to sleep it off :( I wish we'd gotten to enjoy it more since it was just a quick trip!

ReplyDeleteOoh, good. You are staying at PH, so you will have easy access to Cheeseburger in Paradise downstairs in the Miracle Mile. I recommend eating there daily :)

ReplyDeleteYou have to try Hash House A Go-Go (I think its in Imperial Palace)...food is so good and the presentation of it is even better!!
ReplyDeleteWe were in Vegas this summer. It can cost a LOT of money. Our tip: keep a cooler of beer in your room...pack a couple for the walk (my hubby toted at least 3 in his cargo shorts LOL) and drink your own beer. With beers costing $6-8 a piece it can cost a fortune just to get a buzz! And stay away from those tall 151 drinks...they hurt. LOL HAVE FUN!!!
ReplyDeleteWe were just in Vegas last May. Eat at the hibachi grill inside The Golden Nugget, SO GOOD! We also had dessert at The Candy Factory, their cookies & milk were shamazing...after, of course, the 2 bottles of moscato lol Have a great time!
